White Coffee

Sounds like a paradox doesn’t it? White Coffee? Here’s what it is: a very lightly roasted robusta bean that comes out of the roaster an off-white color, and hard as a rock. That’s why we only send it to you ground. Cafe Bianco/White Coffee is nutty and toasty tasting and makes really wonderful lattes.

The coffeeshops in Fitchburg and Stoughton are going out on their own. Raw Green LLC owns both shops and had operated them as independent Ancora Coffeehouses under a licensing agreement. Raw Green made the business decision to create their own coffeehouse identity. As independent entrepeneurs ourselves, we understand and support their decision to forge forward as independent operators. We wish them all the best and are confident the skills they gained while part of the Ancora family gave them the tools they need to be successful! We’re delighted Raw Green intends to keep open both coffeeshops and continue serving their neighborhoods.
