Yrgacheffe is perhaps the world's most prized coffee. Ethiopians consider the flavor to be an ultimate elegance. It is often reserved for life's biggest celebrations- births, marriages and the like. Ethiopians, no matter what their economic level, revere coffee and have built a coffee ceremony tradition around it. Yrgacheffe is grown in the Sidamo province, in Ethiopia's southern mountains, and takes its name from the market town in that area.
