Temple of Heaven Gunpowder
The unusual name comes from the tea leaves which are rolled into little balls reminiscent of old-time gunpowder. This is an ancient tea and Gunpowder production dates back to the Tang Dynasty (618–907). After steeping, the tea is a yellow-green color and generally sweet in the cup.
