Jasmine
Jasmine tea is created when green Chinese leaves are scented with jasmine flowers. Traditionally, the jasmine is harvested during the day then stored in a chilly, dark room. During the night, the jasmine flowers bloom releasing their distinctive aroma. The tea leaves are then layered with the flowers for scenting.
