SHG stands for "strictly high grown" meaning the coffee trees are grown at elevations above 5000 feet in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range near the Guatemalan border. The cup features a vibrant acidity, light body with a truly rich and lingering finish with notes of bourbon, vanilla and caramel.
